Payment
Payment will be collected at the time of the appointment. All packages must be paid for in full.
Accepted forms of payment:
• Credit Cards — Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
• Cash
• Checks (Make checks payable to "O.C. Tan 2 U LLC" or leave the pay to blank for stamp)

Spray Tan Attire
Women wear anything from swimsuits to nothing at all. It's up to you and your comfort level. Men are required to wear boxers, swim trunks, or shorts.

Cancellation
O.C. Tan 2 U understands that things come up, please out of courtesy give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.

Age Requirement
The FDA has approved spray tanning for all ages. However, we require a parent or legal guardian present at appointment for ages 17 and younger. The parent/legal guardian will be asked to sign a consent form for the minor as well.
